Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

United States
- **Standard Shipping:** 4-10 business days after processing
- Shipping cost calculated at checkout based on your location

International Shipping
International shipping times vary by destination and typically take 10-25 business days after processing. Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours of receipt.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We may not be able to ship to certain countries or regions. If we cannot ship to your location, we will contact you with alternative options or issue a full refund.
